The Basque derby between Real Sociedad and Athletic Club is to be streamed live on the social media platform Twitch.
The match will be available through the Twitch channels run by LaLiga, GOL and Ibai Llanos. It’s the first time a live match from LaLiga has been streamed this way in Spain.
Streaming exclusively to viewers in Spain, the programme will begin at 20.30 CET with a full preview of one of Spain’s most historic and anticipated rivalries.
Viewers will have the opportunity to participate in the show and communicate with the streamers through the chat function.
The derby can also be followed in Spain through the usual television channels: on GOL (available via free-to-air and digital TV) as well as through national operators Movistar, Vodafone, Orange and Telecable.
