Telekom Srbija’s Bosnian subsidiary Mtel saw its profit increase by KM3.3 million (€1.69 million) to KM64.3 million in 2020.
The latter, reports Capital>, was more than the combined profit (KM41 million) of its two competitors BH Telekom and HT Eronet.
Furthermore, BH Telecom accounted for the lion’s share (KM40.5 million) of the KM41 million, and this was down from KM47.4 million in 2019.
Mtel’s total revenues in 2020 were, at KM428.6 million, KM3.7 million lower than a year earlier.
The telco’s acquisition of operators such as Elta Kabel and Blicnet affected its overall profit in 2020.
