The Digital TV segment delivered a strong performance for Kudelski last year.
In its latest set of results, the company says it accounted for $345.4 million in net revenues and $96.9 million in EBITDA, a $5.9 million increase on 2019.
Following a slow first half, second half segment revenues were in line with H2 2019 and increased by $36.0 million from the first half 2020.
In relative terms, EBITDA margin increased from 23.8% in 2019 to 28.1% in 2020. Meanwhile, EBITDA rose from $40.6 million to $64.3 million.
Kudelski expects revenues in the Digital TV segment of its business to continue growing this year. This growth should be reflected in the business as a whole, with EBITDA projected to be between $65-80 million in 2021.
