New role for Artem Pulikov at Gazprom-Media

December 3, 2020 08.48 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

Artem Pulikov has been appointed to the newly created position of deputy DG for development and monetisation of digital assets at Gazprom-Media’s sales house.

In this role, he will combine the position of CEO of Kvant (a joint venture between Gazprom-Media Holding and the technology company MaximaTelecom) and work in a sales house as deputy DG.

Commenting on his appointment, Pulikov said: “Gazprom-Media Holding is at the stage of digital transformation. I see revenue growth and participation in the development of the company’s digital assets as a priority in my new role. I believe that together with an ambitious and professional team we will be able to implement the most ambitious and notable projects”.

Ekaterina Veselkova, general director of the Gazprom-Media sales house, added: “Sales house Gazprom-Media is successfully developing an ecosystem of media and advertising products. The digital segment is one of the priority areas. I am sure that Artem’s expertise in working with big data and ad tech at MaximaTelecom and Quantum will allow us to reach a new level of monetisation of our digital product portfolio”.

Pulikov began his career in the advertising business in 2007 at Sunbox, where he rose from a manager to a sales manager. In 2008 he moved to Rutube as head of the sales team. From 2011 to 2014, he worked at Gazprom-Media Digital in the position of sales director. In 2014, he headed the internet business of MaximaTelecom, where he was responsible for monetising Wi-Fi network data and digital advertising products.

Pulikov has been CEO of Kvant since June 2019. In this role, he is responsible for the development of advertising services based on big data, monetisation of Europe’s largest Wi-Fi network MT_FREE and Gazprom-Media’s mobile inventory.
