Film1 goes on Prime Video Channels in Netherlands

November 6, 2020 12.07 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

Film1’s on demand movies and three of its linear channels – Film1 Premiere, Film1 Drama and Film1 Family –
¬ are now available on Amazon’s newly launched Prime Video Channels in the Netherlands.

Prime members are able to access the Film1 package, which offers a curated selection of Hollywood blockbusters, popular movies and favourite evergreens, for €5 per month instead of the regular €9.99 for the duration of a special offer valid until the end of December.

Commenting on the development, Jeroen Bergman, MD at Film1, said: “Film1 continues to strengthen its presence in both the pay TV and streaming services markets in the Netherlands. With consumer habits changing more rapidly than ever, we are exploring versatile opportunities to make the Film1 brand more accessible to Dutch audiences”.
