The leading mobile Polish mobile operator has appointed Martin Stysiak to the newly created position of public affairs expert in its corporate communications department.
In his role he will support the company’s public policy in the field of network development and the broadly understood investment process at the central and local level. He will also support relations with local communities and cooperate with the media in the implementation of goals related to the expansion of the network at the regional level.
Stysiak will report to Jan Pilewski, senior public affairs manager at Play.
He joins Play from the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE), where he was a press spokesman and head of the communications department for over three years.
Previously, he was associated with the MSL agency for under a year, and for over five years he was a journalist in the economic department of Gazeta Wyborcza, where he specialised in telecommunications and media.
