Sky adds Zattoo to TV stick in Switzerland

September 7, 2020 10.17 Europe/London By Robert Briel

Zattoo_Sky_TV-Stick_CHThe premium offer from TV streaming provider Zattoo is now also available on the new Sky TV stick from Sky Switzerland.

Together with Sky Switzerland, Zattoo is offering a combination product which, in addition to Sky Sport, also provides the entire TV channel line-up via Zattoo Premium. With the Sky TV-Stick and the Premium subscription from Zattoo, users in Switzerland will be able to save the basic fee for their TV connection, as they are able to ‘cut the cord.’

“We are delighted to be working with Zattoo, the leading streaming provider for TV and replay in Switzerland, and to be able to offer the best of sports and television at a very affordable price,” said Eric Grignon, CEO of Sky Switzerland.

Zattoo’s premium offering delivers over 250 TV channels, more than 150 of which are in HD. In addition, users can also make recordings in the cloud, up to 500 programmes. In addition, there is a replay function where the entire TV schedule of the last seven days can be viewed on demand. In addition to the possibility to pause and rewind shows, Zattoo Premium users can also watch a variety of shows from the on-demand offer.

The Zattoo App is already pre-installed on the Sky TV stick and the subscription can be taken out directly via Sky, either individually or as a low-priced combination deal.

The Sky TV-Stick is available now in the Sky Shop for CHF79.90. This includes two months of Zattoo Premium.
