In his new position he will be responsible for strengthening the position of Beeline in retail, as well as for the representation of the Beeline brand in all offline sales channels.
He will pay particular attention to reforming retail, building effective formats for sales offices that meet the challenges of a changing market and customer expectations in the era of digital retail.
In addition, his area of responsibility will include the development of new sales formats and the expansion of the partner network.
Gubanov has many years’ experience in the telecom and IT fields. Most recently, he held various executive positions in the M.Video-Eldorado Group for 11 years, prior to which he was at the company R.I.K+.
