Spanish households say that pay-TV is the service they are most dissatisfied with.
According to the regulator CNMC, this follows several years of them expressing the most dissatisfaction with electricity.
This now occupies second place, followed by broadband in third.
The findings of CNMC’s Household Panel for Q4 2019 found the 17.8% of homes had little or no satisfaction with the pay-TV service they received.
The same sentiments were expressed by 15.5% and 14.9% households for electricity and broadband services respectively.
CNMC stresses that these findings reflect the market situation prior to the state of alarm casued by the Covid-19 pandemic.
