Conrad Albert, deputy CEO of ProSiebenSat.1, will resign from his office with mutual consent on April 30, 2020 after 15 years at the German media company.
Albert has worked at ProSiebenSat.1 since 2005, since 2006 as general counsel. Nine years ago, he was appointed member of the executive board.
His responsibilities included the group-wide distribution business, the establishment of partnerships, strategic and sustainability projects as well as all legal, media political and compliance matters. Since November 2017 he has also been deputy CEO of the company.
