Belgium has become the latest country to see an increase in the price of its Netflix subscription.
In line with its pricing in other European markets the Standard and Premium packages will cost 1 and 2 euros more per month respectively. However, the Basic tier will remain at its current pricepoint.
The Standard subscription rises to €11.99 per month, adding high definition, and the possibility of two separate users at any one time. The top tier Premium package now costs €15.99 with Ultra HD and four users available.
Netflix says it is continuing to invest in original content including locally developed series for the Belgian market.
