The Ukrainian regulator National Council has announced a tender for the DVB-T2 multiplex covering the Odessa region.
In a statement, it says the multiplex carries six channels and is broadcast on a network that cover 22 settlements, including Odessa, Tarutyn and Bolgrad.
It adds that the winner will be required to offer “socially important and informative programmes”.
Applications will be accepted from October 18 to November 18, with the result being announced by January 16, 2020.
