The French National Olympic and Sports Committee CNOSF is launching its free-to-view Olympic sports channel Sport en France.
Sport en France will offer programming on all disciplines, from all federations and their clubs, in order to promote the 107 federations and associate members.
On-set broadcasts, debates, magazines, portraits, live or slightly deferred broadcasts of events, more than 500 hours of original content will be produced and broadcast by the channel, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
Media365 (Reworld Media Group) with studios in Boulogne-Billancourt (Paris), is contracted for the play-out of the channel. Sport in France will have an annual budget of around €3 millioN.
The channel will reach 19 million French homes in the basic offers of Orange, Bouygues, Free, and SFR/Numéricâble, as well as an OTT service on the Sportefrance.com website.
