Ivan Bartulovic joins Hrvatski Telekom

Ivan Bartulovic has been appointed a member of the management board and chief human resources officer at Hrvatski Telekom (HT) for three years, effective March 1, 2019.

He is transferring from A1 Group, where he held the position of member of leadership team and senior director of human resources & corporate communications for business segments in Croatia and Macedonia.

Before that, as of 2010, he performed the function of management board member and executive director for strategic human resources of Cemex Group, responsible for operations in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia.

He started his career in 2006, in the area of financial consultancy in Privredna banka Zagreb, a member of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Group.

Commenting on the appointment Davor Tomaskovic, president of the management board and CEO, said: “I am delighted to welcome Ivan’s appointment to the Management Board, particularly because he is a manager who brings along many years of experience in the area of change management and organizational transformation. I am convinced that Ivan, together with HTs’ team, shall contribute to the continued shaping of HT as an agile and modern company, focused on customer satisfaction and further growth”.

As of March 1, the management board shall consist of Davor Tomaskovic, president; Daniel Daub, responsible for finance; Boris Drilo, management board member responsible for technical and information functions; Natasa Rapaic, responsible for residential customers; Sasa Kramar, responsible for business customers; and Ivan Bartulovic, responsible for human resources.

As of April 1, the duties of the president of the management board shall be taken over by Konstantinos Nempis.
