Livia Dumitrescu has been appointed the legal and external affairs director and a member of the executive management team at Vodafone Romania.
According to Business Review, she will report to Murielle Lorilloux, Vodafone Romania’s CEO, effective February 2019.
It adds that Dumitrescu was most recently at Banca Transilvania, where she acted as the compliance director for Bancpost.
She was also a non-executive member of the board of directors at Victoriabank in Moldova.
Her previous positions included several at OMV Petrom, where she worked for over six years.
