Com Hem has begun to offer its customers a mobile telephony service.
It’s the first major product launch the cablenet became a part of the Tele2 Group.
Com Hem will use Tele2’s nationwide network that reaches 99.9% of the Swedish population.
“The starting shot has been fired for Tele2’s and Com Hem’s joint journey,” said Samuel Skott, head of the consumer market, Tele2 Group. “Thanks to Tele2’s nationwide network, Com Hem can well position itself in the telecom market and offer customers world-class connectivity. Mobile telephony completes Com Hem’s offer and so that the customer gets access to the connection wherever they are. We are also the first in Sweden to collect the customer’s broadband, television and mobile services on an invoice.”
Sales began on January 17 and will be backed by a sales campaign across Sweden with the simple slogan “Com Hem for mobile telephony”.
