Europe’s third largest cable operator Digi Communications aims to achieve a turnover of €1 billion this year.
Speaking to analysts and quoted by Ziarul Financiar, the company’s head Sergei Bulgac said all the efforts of its teams are now focused on achieving this target.
He also said that Digi would continue its dividend policy and increase the dividend once the cash flow is higher. Furthermore, the company would continue to focus on Romania, Spain and Italy and has no plans to expand to other markets.
In its main market Romania, where Digi is the country’s leading provider of pay-TV services, it aims to increase the number of homes passed for fixed services from 5 million to 7 million.
Digi is also a leading provider of electronic communication services in Hungary.
