The new Russian OTT platform TNT-Premier had over 3.9 million views in its first month of operation.
Operated by Gazprom-Media, it made its debut on August 16 and offers TV shows and serials, streaming video, exclusive material and other entertainment from the channels TNT, TV-3, TNT4, 2×2 and Super, as well as content from Disney and Match TV.
In its first month, TNT-Premier’s website had over 2 million unique visits, while its mobile app was downloaded 830,000 times.
The OTT service has proved to have the most users in Moscow, St Petersburg, Samara, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk. Its content is most viewed on smartphones (69%), followed by PCs and smart TVs (23%) and tablets (8%), while iOS devices account for 42% of viewing.
TNT-Premier operates an SVOD basis and has three types of subscriptions, namely Premier, Sports! Premier and The Magic World of Disney.
