The two German home-shopping broadcasters GeniusPlusTV and Sparhandy TV have concluded framework agreements with Deutsche Netzmarketing GmbH (DNMG) for the distribution of their channels.
The multi-year contracts grant the free-to-air channels access to the more than 200 network operators organised in DNMG, enabling them to expand their reach via cable and IPTV networks.
GeniusPlusTV, operated by Genius GmbH, offers products in the fields of cooking, household, lifestyle and beauty. As an independent online reseller, SH Telekommunikation Deutschland GmbH sells mobile services through Sparhandy TV.
DNMG is the largest marketing organisation for medium-sized and municipal operators of cable and fibre-optic networks in German-speaking countries, linking broadcasters and network operators through carriage contracts.
