Arçelik chooses SERAPHIC solutions for Grundig smart TVs

Arçelik has opted for SERAPHIC’s full range of browser solutions across its flagship European brand Grundig.

New products will be unveiled across a number of European markets including Turkey, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, Croatia, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Serbia.

Commenting on the development, Veli Ag, product director, electronics, Arçelik, said: “We aim to offer the best products to our consumers through innovative technologies and reliable service networks. Our successful collaboration with SERAPHIC on certain smart TV projects in 2016 and 2017 brings us strong confidence in SERAPHIC’s professionalism. With regards to the business expansion in Europe, SERAPHIC’s frontier technologies will further strengthen our products.”

Arçelik is a subsidiary of the Turkish industrial conglomerate Koç Holding and manages 11 brands in 145 countries worldwide.

Meanwhile, Shanghai-based SERAPHIC provides internet-related software and web-based solutions to TV/video related terminal devices.
