Katarzyna Iwuc has resigned from her role as president of the management board and DG of Netia, Poland’s leading alternative telco, with immediate effect.
In a statement, the company says she offered no reasons for her resignation.
In the same statement, Netia says that Stefan Radziminski, a member of the management board and the CTO, has also resigned with immediate effect, again providing no reasons.
This has come alongside Wojciech Pytel taking on the role of president of the management board for three months, until August 18, and Grzegorz Bartler becoming a member of the management board.
As previously reported by Broadband TV News, Cyfrowy Polsat was last week given permission by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) to take over Netia.
