Three channels operated by the Polish public broadcaster TVP – TVP Info, TVP Polonia and TVP Historia – can now be received terrestrially in Lithuania.
According to TVP, this follows an agreement, valid for three years and renewable twice for one year, it has signed with Lithuania’s Telecentras, with the cooperation of the governments of Poland and Lithuania’s. TVP’s channels have been available on Lithuanian cable networks since last year.
Separately, several reports in the Polish media say that the channels Power TV and Nuta.TV, which are operated by Michal Winnicki Entertainment, are as of Wednesday, May 9 also available terrestrially in Lithuania.
