BT continues to generate the highest volume of pay-TV complaints made by residential customers to Ofcom.
In its quarterly report for the three months ending December 2017, Sky again received the lowest volume of complaints per 100,000 subscribers.
Sky also received the fewest complaints across fixed broadband, landline, and pay-TV.
The main complaint against BT was the way that complaints themselves were handled, followed by billing, pricing and charging, and faults, service and provision issues.
Pay-TV complaints against TalkTalk and Virgin Media were also above the industry average.
TalkTalk, BT and Plusnet attracted the highest number of complaints about fixed broadband; Virgin Media, EE and Sky received the fewest.
