The Croatian incumbent Hrvatski Telekom (HT) has added the new movie channels Kino TV and M1 to its Essential Maxtv channel package.
At the same time, users of its Extended package will have the opportunity to watch top movie content on M1 Gold and AXN channels.
Furthermore, starting this spring, HT will exclusively broadcast Formula 1 on the Arena Sport 2. The film channel additions, effective April 1, have come alongside the withdrawal of Diva and Sci-Fi from the MAXtv packages offer.
Commenting on the changes, Richard John Breskovic, director of residential marketing sector, HT, said: “In order to fully meet the needs of our users, the programmes offered by MAXtv are continuously enhanced through high quality and attractive movie channels. According to the results of our analyses, in addition to sports, movies and series rank as the most frequently watched MAXtv content. Consequently, we have decided to enhance our content primarily in these segments and enable an improved user experience. Moreover, I am delighted to point out that all the races of Formula 1, the most spectacular form of car racing in the world, will be broadcast exclusively on MAXtv and even in the Essential channel package”
