The Croatian incumbent Hrvatski Telekom (HT) has announced a number of changes related to its board.
From May 1, at the management level all activities related to customer experience – call centre, technical support and operations – will be located in the area for private users and the business area.
Furthermore, the position held by the current member of the management board and the chief executive of user experience Boris Batelic will expire on May 1. From that date, a new management organisation which abolishes this function will come into force.
HT notes that in the four-year phase of transformation behind the company it was crucial to provide preconditions for better communication and customer care. Thanks to Boris Batelic, this has been done with the highest level of management and HT has learned much about it with importance and management of user experience.
HT’s management board will consist of six members: Davor Tomaskovic, president; Daniel Daub, Boris Drilo, in charge of technical and information functions; Natasa Rapaic in charge of the private user segment and their user experience; Sasa Kramar, in charge of the business segment users and their user experience; and Marija Felkel in charge of human resources functions.
