Modern Times Group (MTG) has acquired the exclusive Nordic media rights to UEFA Futsal EURO 2018, Europe’s biggest international futsal competition.
All games from the tournament, which will take place in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from January 30 to February 10 next year, will be available live on MTG’s Nordic video streaming service Viaplay in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, with selected matches shown on TV3 Sport in Denmark and Sweden.

Futsal, abbreviated from the Portuguese futebol de salão, is a fast paced indoor version of football, with just five players from each team on the pitch at the same time. Futsal is one of the world’s fastest growing sports, with more than 30 million registered players worldwide.
