ProSiebenSat.1 wants to become less dependent on the volatile TV advertising market through further acquisitions.
The German media company is currently evaluating 10 possible takeover candidates, CEO Thomas Ebeling said at a non-public investors’ meeting of Berenberg Bank.
The targets include four online retailers, four TV production companies and two online entertainment providers, according to Ebeling.
A ProSiebenSat.1 spokeswoman confirmed the information to news agency Reuters.
