The Czech public broadcaster Ceske Televize (CT) has secured the rights to the World Athletics Championships until 2023.
These are currently being held in London, where CT is offering its viewers nearly 70 hours of live broadcasts over the course of 10 competition days.
Furthermore, it is only one of six TV companies from around the world using a transmission car at the broadcasting site.
The next World Athletics Championships will be held in Doha, Qatar in 2019, followed by Portland in the US in 2021.
The location of the 2023 championships has yet to be decided.
