Bulgaria’s bTV Media Group has appointed Gospodin Yovchev as a member of its board of directors.
Yovchev has over 10 years experience in the media and telco industry and will continue to hold the position of director of legal and business relations and lead the group’s legal department.
He will take the place of Edmund Appelt on the board, while Appelt will continue as COO.
Meanwhile, current board member David Stupan will take over the role of CFO.
Commenting on the changes, Florian Skala, CEO of bTV Media Group, said: “I am delighted to announce the new bTV Media Group’s board structure. Gospodin Yovchev is a dedicated and experienced professional who will undoubtedly be a strong addition to the board of directors. Together with David Stepan as CFO, undoubtedly the changes will further strengthen our leading position in Bulgaria. ”
bTV Media Group is backed by CME and one of the two main commercial broadcasters in Bulgaria.
