Ziggo expands its Ziggo Go app

June 26, 2017 13.28 Europe/London By Robert Briel

Liberty Global’s Dutch cablenet Ziggo is adding almost 50 new channels to its TV Everywhere app Ziggo Go, as well as improving Chromecast and Airplay functionality.

The new channels include Fashion TV, MTV Live, MyZen TV, Motorsport.tv, Baby TV, Animal Planet, Aljazeera English and the Ziggo Event channel. The channels from German public broadcaster ARD and British BBC can now also be streamed and viewed outside of the subscriber’s home.

In addition, Ziggo subscribers can also access the Movies & Series VOD portal and stream the content to their TV set using Chromecast or Airplay.

A complete overview of all the available channels on the Ziggo Go app can be found here.
