KPN will introduce a new portfolio of residential subscriptions on July 1 giving customers even more opportunity to compile a package according to their own needs.
In the new portfolio, they will be able to choose a basic subscription with internet or internet and TV. In addition, they will be able opt for fixed telephony, higher internet speed, Spotify, Fox Sports and the Plus package.
There will be a total of four subscriptions, one with internet only and three with internet and TV. The highest will be accessible via two 4K UHD TV receivers.
KPN customers who combine their home subscription with mobile services at KPN Complete will get additional benefits like a double data bundle or free additional package.
Commenting on the upcoming launch, Frank van der Post, chief commercial officer at KPN, said: “Research shows that customers are very satisfied with the current offer, but we also hear that they would like to choose the additional services that suit them. With our new portfolio, we play this in and make our customers’ lives freer, more fun and easier”.
