Telekom Slovenije has issued five-year bonds with a total nominal value of €100 million.
In a statement, the company says that in the first offering the subscription for bonds exceeded the planned and final value of the issue by almost 70%.
This, in its view, demonstrated the “great trust foreign and domestic investors have in Telekom Slovenije and its development strategy”.
The Slovenian incumbent adds that it will used the funds acquired through the bond issue to finance investments.
It plans to invest €156 million this year, or 38% more than in 2015.
