SeaChange is making its first appearance at a European trade show since the acquisition of the Warsaw-based DCC Labs.
The company will feature its Nucleus video gateway software, which extends subscription television including DVR and content sharing to any IP connected device at home. Nucleus is integrated with a wide range of systems-on-a-chip and set-top boxes for rapid hybrid (QAM & IP) and IP-only implementations that deliver the advantages of the industry Reference Design Kit, or RDK.
It’s part of a display that will show the management of video content across on demand and linear on screen services.
“We’re showing the power of SeaChange’s open and scalable software solutions working in unison to simplify multiscreen television services, from the point of ingesting a single show or movie all the way through presentation across any device viewers chose,” said Rochus Schreiber, SeaChange’s Senior Vice President of Services and General Manager of EMEA.
The centerpiece of demonstrations this week is the SeaChange Adrenalin multiscreen television platform. With published APIs and numerous third-party integrations, SeaChange delivers the industry’s only open multiscreen platform to orchestrate on-demand and live linear video services across all screens with unified subscriber experiences. Integrating its Infusion advanced advertising software, SeaChange will also show targeted ad insertion across multiscreen devices.
