The supervisory board at the Croatian incumbent 
(HT) has appointed Sasa Kramar a member of the management board and chief operating officer business (COO Business) for a period of three years.
Prior to taking up his new positions on June 1, Kramar was president of the management board of Iskon, which is wholly owned by HT. Previously, he was a member of Iskon’s management board in charge of sales and marketing.
Commenting on the appointment, Davor Tomaskovic, president of the management board and CEO at HT, said: “It is my great pleasure to welcome Sasa’s appointment to the management board, particularly since he is a manager who has developed within the group, acquiring knowledge through key projects and managerial positions in sales management, strategic management, and customer relations management areas.”
