RevoTVThe Polish triple play operator STK TV-Sat 364 has started to roll out a new IPTV service using its RevoTV platform and Cambridge, UK-based Ekioh’s SVG UI Engine.

The service also uses set-top boxes from Arris, Albis and Infomir.

Commenting on the development, Piotr Okupski, technical director at Lodz-based STK TV-Sat 364, said: “After extensive research, we chose Ekioh’s SVG technology as the basis for our user experience.

“We are delighted with Ekioh’s support and our customers are very happy with the results.”

Stephen Reeder, commercial director at Ekioh, added: “Being an operator developed platform, RevoTV comprises all the features that customers want including live TV, EPG, live search, user channel profiles, meta-data for TV content, messaging, polling, shopping and advertising.

“The context specific help features also ensure customers are quickly able to get the very most from the service.”
