Jonathan James is to leave his position as chief operating officer at Com Hem after two and a half years at the Swedish cablenet.
James says that with the new brand successfully launched, it’s time to move on to a new challenge. He’ll leave the company in June.
During his time at Com Hem the company has moved from a private to public company, introduced the TiVo platform, and now boasts the fastest broadband in Sweden. Churn is also beginning to fall.
“I would like to thank Jon for playing an instrumental role in the rapid development of Com Hem, in particular the transformation of our customer satisfaction. His drive and extensive experience from the UK have been very beneficial, as intended when he joined the Com Hem team for this phase of development of the Company ”, says Anders Nilsson, CEO of Com Hem.
Jon’s direct reports will now knock on the chief executive’s door.
