Vodafone Deutschland has taken selected programmes from Eurosport 2 onboard the video-on-demand (VOD) platform of its cable network (formerly Kabel Deutschland).
The catch-up service is accessible through the Select Video portal. The sports channel’s programmes can be watched on-demand by all cable customers signed up for pay-TV package Vielfalt HD Extra without additional charge.
After Eurosport 1, DMAX, TLC and Discovery Channel, Eurosport 2 is the fifth channel of Discovery Networks Deutschland’s portfolio offering catch-up content on Vodafone Deutschland’s VOD portal. A total of more than 60 channels currently use the platform.
