January 26, 2016 13.15 Europe/London By Jörn Krieger

KEVAG TelekomGerman network operator Kevag Telekom will offer its customers the multiscreen IPTV platform from M7 Deutschland.

The contract signed between both companies covers the provision of the around 80,000 connected cable, VDSL and fibre-optic households with digital TV and mobile services.

The VDSL and fibre-optic customers will be able to receive around 140 IPTV channels including a large number of HD services from June 1, 2016. M7 will provide the set-top-boxes required for reception.

From 1 April 2016, all customers of Kevag Telekom – including cable households – will be able to use the M7 app to watch TV channels on mobile devices such as laptops, tablets or smartphones.

All services supplied by M7 will be offered under Kevag Telekom’s own brand as part of the white label agreement.
