UPC Hungary has signed a managed services contract with Ericsson for certain field operations and maintenance service.
This is the first such contract signed by Ericsson in Hungary. Valid for five years, it will make the company responsible for certain field and site maintenance activities in UPC’s network and contribute to premium customer experience to its subscribers.
