Arris delivered an improved second quarter, but the lights were dimmer than originally anticipated as the set-top and modem maker dealt with industry consolidation and a strong dollar.
Revenues of $1260.1 million were down 11.7% on Q2 2014 when the company had introduced a slate of new products.
The company is looking to third quarter revenues of between $1,210 million and $1,260 million. Earlier this month, Arris had cut its second quarter forecasts.
Bob Stanzione, ARRIS Chairman and CEO, said he remained confident about both future business prospects and the upcoming Pace acquisition.
