The State Duma has made an important decision on the composition of Russia’s second DTT multiplex.
According to AKTR and Comnews, it has adopted, in a second reading, a bill that says the multiplex should include must-carry channels but no longer, as had been previously proposed, regional and local services.
This is due to the relaxation of the advertising ban on pay channels that was imposed in Russia at the beginning of this year.
