Slovak Telekom is revamping its mobile TV service Magio Go from July 1.
According to Zive, it will have more channels but be reduced to two packages, Magio Go and Magio Go Premium.
Customers will also be able to access a new service called Magio Go Archiv.
The basic Magio Go service will be available free of charge to existing Magio TV and Magio Sat subscribers.
They will also be able to access Magio Go Archiv, otherwise it will cost €1.99 a month.
Customers who do not have an existing TV subscription will be required to pay €3.98 and €5.99 a month for Magio Go and Magio Go Premium respectively.
Magio Go currently offers viewers 12 channels and four more – Digi Sport 1, Tuki TV, Filmbox Plus and Viasat Nature – will be added by the end of September. Meanwhile, Magio Go Premium’s line-up consists of 34 channels.
Magio Go operates in an increasingly competitive mobile TV market, with services also provided by Orange, UPC (Horizon Go), Antik and Swan.
They will shortly be joined by one from the cable operator Satro.
