The internet and telephony services were the main growth drivers of Germany’s third-largest cable operator Tele Columbus in Q1 2015.
The number of internet customers rose by 13.5% to 208,000 while the number of telephony customers increased by 13.5% as well to 175,000.
The premium TV customer figure declined by 2.5% to 161,000. The whole customer base went down from 1.27 to 1.26 million. The average revenue per user rose by 2.5% to €14.10.
The company invested €15 million into its network and technologies – more than twice as much as in Q1 2014 (€6 million).
