RiK, the first Slovak language kids channel, will officially make its debut on January 1.
A paid-for HD service in 16:9 format aimed at children aged 4-12, it will be the fifth channel in Joj Group’s portfolio.
RiK is already guaranteed 40% coverage of Slovakia at launch, having secured distribution on Skylink, Slovanet, Orange and Antik.
Last week, it started test broadcasts on Skylink, the country’s leading DTH platform.
