Poland’s second largest cable operator Vectra has announced a major overhaul of its services.
Besides changing its slogan from Vectra. We give more, to Vectra. A straight choice, it will introduce a new programme package named Super HD.
This will consist of 181 channels, 47 of which will be HD. Sport will feature strongly in the line-up, (27 channels, 11 in HD), as will movies (31, nine in HD) and HBO and Filmbox.
Those receiving the latter will also receive HBO Go and Filmbox Live free of charge.
Vectra’s total HD offer will increase to 56 channels, while the number of channels accessible via PCs and mobile devices will increase by 20 to 50 channels.
Meanwhile, Vectra’s broadband service will consist of three main packages (50, 100 and 150 Mbps), with all providing faster upload speeds than previously. Subscribers in Warsaw will be able to opt for access at up to 320 Mbps.
Vectra’s telephony offer will also be significantly improved with a new package named Home without Limits.
