The Ukrainian broadcaster 1+1 has secured distribution for its international channel on Orange Polska in neighbouring Poland.
As a result, over 700,000 Orange Polska viewers who subscribe to its IPTV or DTH service can now receive the channel.
1+1 International, which is also available in Poland on Hotbird 13 and Astra 4A, is targeting an estimated a Ukrainian diaspora in the country believed to number between 350,000 and 500,000 people.
In the near future, it should also become available in Germany, Canada, the US and Cyprus.
