Ulf Heggenberger will assume executive responsibility for sales and marketing at German technical services provider Media Broadcast on October 1, 2014.
In his new role as chief sales and marketing officer Heggenberger will report to Media Broadcast’s CEO and CTO Wolfgang Breuer.
“I am delighted that in Ulf Heggenberger Media Broadcast has gained a customer- and market-oriented director with extensive management experience,” Breuer said in Cologne. “With nearly 20 years of experience in telecommunications and business management, he is the right man to help shape Media Broadcast in the years ahead and to strengthen the company’s position in dynamic markets.”
Before joining Media Broadcast, Heggenberger was director of sales, marketing, product management and customer service at EWE TEL. Under his management, the telco became a regional market leader in mobile broadband services.
