Google Chromecast streaming dongle is now available in one more country, Ireland.
With this latest addition, there are now 19 places where one can buy Chromecast directly from Google Play Store and from a number of other outlets, including Amazon.
“Chromecast is the easiest way to bring your favorite online movies, shows, music and more to the TV screen,” said Mario Queiroz, director of product management at Google.
“It should be easy for people to watch the content they want wherever they are, and we’re excited to bring the simplicity of Chromecast to international markets.”
In a related development, French-German cultural channel has now also added Chromecast functionality to its iOS apps, following an earlier introduction of this feature on the Android version of the Arte app.
