French cablenet Numericable is to buy the interests of Virgin Mobile in the country.
The Altice owned subsiduary has signed an agreement to acquire the business from holding company Omer Telecom Limited, which holds the French rights to the brand.
Numericable’s offer for the business values it at €325 million including debt.
Earlier this month Numericable signed a definitive agreement for the purchase of the SFR mobile network.
The agreement is dependent on the company receiving regulatory approval.
