The new Polish film hybrid TV channel Stopklatka TV is targeting a March 15 launch on the country’s first DTT multiplex, as well as on cable networks and DTH platforms.
Quoted by press.pl, Boguslaw Kisielewski, the president of Stopklatka, said that the company has yet to receive all the necessary documentation from the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) and National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) but expects to do so by that date.
Stopklatka TV is a joint venture between Stopklatka, Agora and Kino Polska and will use HbbTV technology.
Separately, press.pl reports that ZPR, which already operates the music channels Eska TV and Polo TV, plans to launch a third one, based on the radio station Vox FM.
